URGENT CARE OPPORTUNITY - SOUTHERN OREGON

BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physician with practical clinical experience sought to join Urgent Care team.

• Full time employment opportunity,12 hour shifts, 6 shifts per 2 week pay period with flexible scheduling. Outpatient only. No call.
• Competitive base salary. Additional compensation for extra shifts worked. Annual quality incentives of up to $30,000 starting 2nd year, 216 hours (18 Shifts) time off per year. $50,000 signing bonus.
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance. $5,000 annual CME.
